Snorkeling from San Pedro, Ambergris Caye Belize
Belize is blessed with having the second largest Barrier Reef in the world and the largest in the Western Hemisphere.  The reef which extends the entire length of the country - 192miles long, is where the best snorkeling occurs including the outer offshore atolls.  The most popular spot to snorkel the reef is off the island of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, which is the most accessible point to the reef offering a wide range of Belize hotels and resorts.  Contact us to book your next family vacation package in Belize,

Hol-Chan Marine Reserve & Shark Ray Alley
Fifteen minutes south of Ambergris Caye is Hol Chan Marine Reserve, Belize’s first marine reserve.  This natural cut in the reef, is home to many corals, tropical fish, Nurse sharks, Moray eels and stingrays. You will be guided around the cut while your guide points out beautiful marine life.  After touring the reserve, we will continue to Shark Ray Alley, where you can snorkel with the guide and play with the Nurse sharks and Southern stingrays.

Mexico Rocks & Tres Cocos
Come and enjoy our crystal waters, 15 minutes north of San Pedro. You will glide over huge Brain corals and witness part of the growth cycle of many fish and lobsters as they migrate from the mangrove to the reef. If you have any questions, a guide will be there to answer your curiosities. You might even see spotted Eagle rays or turtles snacking on the grass or taking a nap.

Coral Gardens
At Coral Gardens we will navigate you through the corals and schools of fishes in this favorite snorkel area. You will certainly see the diverse colors of hard and soft corals and swim alongside gentle rays and nurse sharks in waist deep water.
